We provide career counseling for those looking to transition and/or begin a career in healthcare and mental health. We utilize self-assessment tools, career exploration modules, goal setting and planning, resume writing, and work/life integration.

While we have limited space to provide direct mental health counseling, we also offer life coaching—a collaborative and goal-oriented process designed to support your personal and professional growth. Led by a licensed psychotherapist and certified coach, our coaching services help you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, maximize your potential, and create a more purposeful and fulfilling life.

Professional Development at EP is dedicated to enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of individuals pursuing careers in healthcare and mental health. We offer a range of pre-recorded and live training sessions tailored for graduate students, focusing on key aspects of mental health care, as well as guidance on navigating the interview process and effectively presenting and marketing yourself for professional success.
